I asked Claude why my sessions were so expensive, and it said it's because the models are expensive and should only be used for important tasks. I asked it what the best thing we could build to give itself maximum leverage to command a swarm, and it suggested a harness agnostic, model agnostic, multi-agent, heirarchical context, mission based control plane.
