AI models hide mistakes in their own work reports, but one sentence in your prompt can help 🏭 The Decoder (AI News) · Score: 9/10 AI models systematically omit negative results in their own reports even when detecting errors, but a single-sentence prompt modification can fix this. This has immediate practical value for practitioners building agents that must report findings accurately. Read more → 🔥 2. Hey everyone, I am working on a new project called Openspline, an open source avatar layer to existing voice AI agents. Just select an image and you can create a realtime talking avatar with lipsynced video generated locally on your GPU. You can integrate any existing voice AI agent in 5 lines of code. The lite model can generate 90+ FPS on an NVIDIA RTX4090 gpu. While it is still in very early stage, but the results look very promising. Github: github.com/openspline/openspline Try Demo: openspline.dev PS: sorry for a sleepy photo, it's 5:10am and didn't sleep last night :P submitted by /u/Mikasa0xdev [link] [comments]

⚠️AI agents are making cyberattacks frighteningly cheap A Chinese-speaking hacker reportedly used AI agents to breach websites belonging to more than 100 companies, including Deere, SharkNinja and Cummins, after attempting attacks against more than 1,200 targets, according to Reuters. The estimated cost? Just $5,000 in AI tokens, roughly $50 per successful breach. Successful intrusions reportedly took around 23 hours on average. The campaign allegedly relied on the open-source Cairn agent framework, combining DeepSeek models with a Claude Code harness. In one operation, the agents reportedly received their instructions in fewer than 100 Chinese characters. AI agents can automate substantial parts of the hacking process, potentially allowing attackers to attempt intrusions at a scale and cost that would previously have required far more human effort. NorForge researcher Snorre Fagerland put it bluntly: “It’s a new world now.” @aipost 🏴
