ASKING FOR HELP/BEGINNER NOOB to A.I. and ML (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) I know what A.I can and is used for, but I don’t have a strong understanding of the benefits it can provide I am not in the tech field and I don’t create content for a living. I enjoy posting on different social media platforms and love to stream video games. I want to understand A.I. I want to know how to create prompts. It would be great to know some practical uses of these programs to maybe make my life easier (I do have an iPhone and gaming PC, and Apple products, but live in condo so my home isn’t all wired up electronically) and also maybe some uses geared towards just for fun. I don’t really know where to start. I have ChatGPT on my phone, I do have Siri (iPhone), and I have X Premium (which I think m

one of the reasons Claude is so much better than all the others (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc) is not just because it’s way more powerful, but because it is smart enough to know how to actually help you. I was trying to get the super smash bros crash fan game to run on an iPhone emulator, and Claude made incredible tutorials that got it running, but then it turns out it can’t run well on emulators without crashing and other reported the same issue. instead of trying to get me to do more and more random options to solve it, to get it’s reward points, it actually just told me straight up that’s it, give up. Don’t waste your time chatgpt would have kept on trying and trying until I would have to choose myself to stop. “Maybe this maybe that”. a real man knows when to quit or something submitted by /u

❗️Telegram could become a hub for multiple AI models Telegram is reportedly preparing a feature that would let users connect ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and other AI models directly to the messenger. The feature was spotted in the beta version of Telegram for macOS 13.1.0. Users would be able to add their own API keys, connect multiple providers, and switch between them by sending direct requests. The providers currently supported in the beta include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and OpenRouter. If rolled out, this could turn Telegram into a single interface for working with multiple AI models without constantly switching between different apps. The feature isn’t available to regular users yet, and its final functionality remains unclear. @aipost 🏴

Hi guys, in the past i've used perplexity, you, gemini, claude, manus and openai for research purposes (mainly for long form content i used to upskill myself in some professional fields). But for the past year or so i am only using Open AI Tools (Codex and chatgpt) due to ease of use. And although the research stuff in chatgpt is "ok", it's not perfect. Sometimes it offers wrong advice or provides information withiut any sources, sometimes it just produces 500 word answers ecen if i explicitly prompt for longer form research content. So my question is, what is in your opinion currently (October 2026) the best ai tool for research purposes and providing some kind of "full essay" about the topic asked? submitted by /u/MidnightRambo [link] [comments]
