Worth pausing on where that appears. A 10-K is a legal document. Risk factors in it are drafted by lawyers who are personally exposed if they’re wrong or misleading. Companies put things there when they’ve concluded the risk is material enough that not disclosing it is the bigger liability. Hi! I have been using ChatGPT and Claude, I would say extensively, since the day they came out. They obvisouly got exponentially better and better since then. However, I have a problem related to doing projects. I don't know if I am using it wrong, maybe my approach is bad entirely and all that, but I cannot seem to finish my projects. And by projects I do not mean simple pet-projects. For them you can think of MVP state and stop after achieving it. I just came across a number, that states that only roughly 3% of all people are actually using a paid AI service, like ChatGPT Plus/Pro or Claude Pro/Max etc. So 97% of people are using free AI services. So 97% of people probably still assosiate AI with "slop", because all their free tier level provides is slop. They don't realize that they can actually generate business or in some cases research grade outputs using higher pricing tier. I use Claude, GPT, and their built-in memories a lot, but unfortunately, they are too inconsistent. They cannot remember which needs, or even cannot give the exact context most of the time which is needed. This might not affect normal things, like polishing emails. But it highly affects long-term or complex projects. Moreover, it works only inside that exact AI. I also tried some external tools like Mem0 and Supermemory; they are a little better, but they are too extremely inconsistent for big, complex, or long-term projects. Jules is a coding agent by Google, an ephemeral, agentic agent, and it's shutting down on the 11th November. So... A small attempt to put a number on AI marketing: I took the homepages of 37 established website, landing page and scrollytelling builders from the Wayback Machine (the capture closest to 1 July each year, 2019 to now) and counted "AI" as a whole word, plus "A.I.", "GenAI" and "artificial intelligence". - 2022: 4 of the 37 mentioned AI, 16 times in total. - Now: 31 of the 37, 570 times. Most of the jump came between 2023 and 2025. - "Agent" is the new word: 0 in 2022, 99 now. So i've been reading about AI agent stuff and this week was actually insane. this guy in japan asked some AI assistant called Pickle to look up hotels for new years and it just... called the hotel by itself?? Twice. first time it said it was an AI and gave his full name, then the call dropped so it called back pretending to be his human secretary.
